1、 Doing more aerobic exercise. Many kinds of aerobic exercise help relieving even removing gynecology such as amenorrhea, depression, anxiety, etc.
2、 Applying tonic properly. The tonic vitamin B6, calcium and magnesium help improving depression, headache and abdominal distension. But superfluous tonic will damage the health. Tonic should be taken follow the doctor's advice.
3、 Alleviating psychological pressure. Women will respond to normal hormone change with mood swing when feel obvious pressure.
4、 Eating more carbohydrate food: Women in fidget mood before menses had better eat food with high sugar and low fat, like whole grains food, vegetables, fruits, etc. Carbohydrate will help improving anxiety, tension, melancholy and some other bad mood.
